Dr. Joshua Paul Daly grew up in the small town of Grenada, Mississippi, the youngest of three boys. He followed the family tradition and attended Mississippi State University to pursue a degree in Microbiology. Dr. Daly was involved with multiple campus organization and leadership positions resulting in his induction into the MSU Hall of Fame (one of ten chosen).

After graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, his natural interest in business and leadership led him to business school where he obtained his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
